I’ll be talking to my first time home buyers and describing the terms we use in real estate, the buying process, lenders, title companies, home inspections and a lot more. For my sellers, I’ll be going over how I market your home, the cost involved and what kind of market it is at any given time. Buyers market vs. Sellers market. I’ll have interviews with all kinds of people in real estate and hopefully you’ll find this podcast a fun and resourceful place to learn more about residential real estate. Just in case you don’t know, I’m a license broker associate in Maryland and I live in Chevy Chase Maryland. I have to say Maryland because there is a Chevy Chase D.C. I’m a licensed sales person in D.C. and Virginia too but let’s keep that a secret for now. I do also host a couple of other Podcast. Wayne Manns Friends Top Five.
